Franco A. Parodi has an extensive international experience in management, executive search and assessment.

Before establishing Parodi & Associates in 2006, he was partner at Heidrick & Struggles where he developed the Consumer Practice in the Branded Goods and Retail sectors. During this time, he held various senior management positions, among them practice coordinator for Central Europe. His management responsibilities included the coordination of major global clients as well as advising owners of medium-sized companies.

In his early career, he gained project management experience in France and the United Kingdom and general management experience in Italy.

Franco A. Parodi holds a degree in Economic Science from the University of Nuremberg, Germany. He speaks English, German, French and Italian.
